PLATED AND BUFFET SERVICE
Wonder Valley offers both plated and buffet dinner options. With the buffet dinner service, your guests will have the option to choose both of your entrée selections. With the plated dinner service, we will require the number of each entrées selected in advance as well as table and seating charts specifying your guests’ selections. Plated dinners offer one entrée plate per guest and are limited to guests present at the time of the meal service. Plated meals are $3.00 extra per person.
To help our wedding couples select their menu option Wonder Valley offers group food tastings twice a year. These food tastings events are usually in January and August. Couples booked in advance of the food tasting will be invited to attend along with two other guests. Couples who book after the current food tasting and prior to the next scheduled one will not have the food tasting option. There may also be other circumstances where a couple will not have the food tasting option.
