If you want to visit Wonder Valley Ranch Resort, you don’t need to be part of any large group, event, or gathering, because the facility also welcomes individuals, couples, or families wishing to take a break with a vacation getaway.

There are many lodging options at the resort, including small cottages with patios for parties of one or two – and more spacious resort-style rooms for families. For extended families and larger groups, the beds in the flexible rooms can be configured in a variety of ways to suit any number of needs.

Staying at the resort automatically grants access to the standard recreational facilities, including boating and fishing on Dalton Pond, swimming pools, a heated Jacuzzi, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, the game pavilion with ping pong and pool tables, the trampoline center, horseshoe pits, and scenic trails to ride your bicycle or hike.

Available with advanced notice and an additional fee are guided horseback trail rides, use of the Paintball Course, archery lessons, and golfing at the nearby Sherwood Golf Club.

Guests who stay at Wonder Valley are also welcome to enjoy a hearty country continental breakfast each morning and may order additional meals with 24-hour notice.

National Parks

By far, the most popular “side trip” from Wonder Valley Ranch Resort has been a visit to any one of the three National Parks that are near our Sierra foothills property.
