Built on 75 beautiful acres of lush woodland growth near Fresno, loaded with scenic oak and sycamore groves, Wonder Valley Ranch & Conference Center is home to some of the nicest and most versatile facilities on the West Coast. The well-appointed accommodations, varied-style meeting rooms, and exciting recreational facilities make Wonder Valley the number one choice for those looking for something beyond the ordinary.
Accommodations: Ranging from country cottages to spacious hotel-style accommodations. As an option, rooms can be transitioned from single or double occupancy to dorm style, in order accommodate up to 8 people, while retaining a private bath in each room. Each room also includes free WiFi internet access, and a heating/AC unit.
Recreational Facilities: Two swimming pools, jacuzzi/spa, Dalton Pond for boating or fishing, horseshoe pits, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, games pavilion with ping pong & pool tables, various sporting fields, ropes challenge course, horseback riding stables, barnyard petting farm (seasonal), campfire amphitheater, outdoor stage, aquatic waterslides, paintball, archery, and trampoline center. *Please note that some activities require advance reservations.
Location: 30 minutes east of Fresno/Yosemite International Airport, 30 minutes from the Reedley Municipal Airport, and 45 minutes east of Fresno off Highway 99. Located in the Sierra foothills, near the Kings River and minutes below Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks.
Weather: Located above the fog and below the snow at an approximate 600’ elevation, Wonder Valley’s weather is pleasant any time of year.
Meeting Room Facilities: The goal at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort is to provide you with the comforts necessary for a successful conference or retreat in a unique and peaceful environment that will enhance your pleasure and productivity. All meeting rooms are equipped with standard audio-visual equipment, high speed WiFi Internet access, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. All meeting room facilities are extremely versatile and most can serve as a business conference room, hospitality/gathering room or private dining room upon request for your specific event, or gathering.
Lakeshore Lodge & Patio: Located in the center of the resort, the Lakeshore Lodge serves as the main dining hall area. It overlooks Dalton Pond and is an ideal location for banquets, parties and large meetings. The adjacent Lakeshore Patio is located at the water’s edge. It can seat up to 400 for outside dining or provide an outside area for your favorite beverage at sunset. Located inside Lakeshore Lodge, the ceiling to floor stone fireplace, 61” television, and full service bar provide a cozy location for social gatherings. Additionally, it has a movable dividing wall which allows it to be converted to a separate meeting facility when desired.
Sycamore Room: Located just inside the front gates, this open and inviting, yet spacious, room has a stone fireplace and service counter. It also has three adjoining suites that can be used in conjunction with the meeting room or as separate sleeping units.
Buckaroo Room: Located in the Dalton Lodge, the ambience of this room is enhanced by an open beamed ceiling and pellet stove. It opens out to the large and shady Dalton Patio.
Dalton Room: Centered in the Dalton Lodge, this spacious room has a ceiling to floor stone fireplace, stained glass art and a wall of windows overlooking Dalton Patio and Dalton Pond.
Oak Room: One of the smallest conference rooms, the Oak Room is designed for more intimate meetings. It is adjacent to the Lakeside rooms and has a service counter and a small, attached patio for fresh air breaks.
The 6,200 sqft. Legacy Lodge overlooks Dalton Pond and is adjacent to the Lakeview Wedding Garden and Gazebo. This facility contains the 3,600 sqft. Legacy Room that can be divided/converted into the Pierson Room, the Webb Room, and the Oken Room by using soundproof, movable dividing walls. The Glenn View Room is also located in this facility and is perfect for smaller meetings involving 30 or fewer people.
